Customer email or calls to register an interest in receiving a quotation. Approximately a 30-minute appointment.

Site visit to take initial measurements and to discuss products and options available.

Quotation emailed across to potential customer, brochures of relevant products included.

Customer calls or emails confirmation of go ahead.

Site visit to take accurate measurements (both inside and outside) of windows or doors to be replaced. Deposit taken to assure order, Estimated installation date proposed. 1-2 hrs

Installation of windows or doors.
7
Final invoice to be paid upon completion of installation.

Customer satisfaction survey issued
